Buyer's Premium Policy

1. Buyer's Premium

A buyer's premium is added to the hammer price (the winning bid amount) for every purchase. These fees contribute to the operation and maintenance of our auction platform.

2. Taxes

Applicable taxes are added to your invoice based on your delivery location, in accordance with current Swiss and international regulations.

Note: International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. For more details, please contact us.

3. Payment Deadlines

Full payment must be received within 7 days of the auction closing.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, destination, and insured value. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy or contact us directly.

6. Late Payment Policy

Failure to pay within the specified deadlines may result in:

• The application of late payment fees on the outstanding balance
• Suspension of bidding privileges after 14 days
• Possible cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of any deposits paid
• The initiation of debt collection procedures or legal action if necessary

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only granted in the event of an authenticity dispute covered by our Authenticity Guarantee or in the case of significant undisclosed damage. Any return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Currency

All transactions, invoices, and payments are processed in Euros.
